Michelle’s career in real estate began in the Bay Area, working for Trulia at their headquarters in San Francisco. There, she quickly rose through the ranks, connecting real estate agents with buyers and sellers while immersing herself in the growing trends that afforded agents and their clients the best results. It was here that she learned how data drives the strongest strategies to leverage a nuanced market.
Her desire to expand her skill set and apply these lessons led to her role as the advertising manager for 5 Bay Sotheby’s offices, where she produced and managed property ads and copy (far before Chat GPT). She worked with the Bay Area’s top agents, promoting luxury home sales and when she was licensed, she joined forces with the top performing agent in Alameda County, where she learned the best transactional tactics while helping to close multi-million dollar listings.
When Michelle’s husband relocated to Sacramento for work, she ventured out as an independent agent, selling homes all across the region for two years. She was again recruited to join yet another burgeoning prop-tech start-up, this time focused on off-market sales, where she ultimately was responsible for overseeing hundreds of transactions between the Bay and Sacramento regions. She rocketed through the organization, first working with buyers and sellers, then being promoted to assistant GM and eventually becoming the company general manager for both the Sacramento and Bay Area markets for three years.
Michelle enjoyed proptech and achieved notable successes, but felt limited in helping the most people with her skills and experience in this environment. She’s returned to her true passion of working within a full-service brokerage and is ecstatic to be back to providing limitless solutions and services for all residential property types, no matter a client’s need or price point.
